Surrounded by gardens and close to the beach of Psalidi and the bars and restaurants of Kos Town‚ the friendly atmosphere at the Nicon Apartments provides a particularly warm welcome. The Nicon is a favourite with many guests returning year after year, and are suitable for families and couples of all ages.

I stayed here for two weeks with three friends (all lads) when I was twenty. We had two rooms, both of which were very nice. Our rooms were cleaned and supplied with fresh towels almost everyday. The pool was pretty big and had a kiddie section. There are plenty of sun-loungers and parasols around the edge, and there is a room with a retro table football not far away. The pool bar is undercover and serves draught Amstel (amongst other beverages) as well as a snack menu. Behind the bar is a good American pool table. The staff are friendly, especially Nicos and his two sisters, who are the most notable faces running the show. Nicos in particular has a good rapport with his guests. The apartments have their own Greek Night, with a BBQ and plenty of ouzo and Greek dancing, which I highly recommend. The apartments are about a twenty minute walk from Kos Town, but a taxi only costs a few euros and can be called for at the bar. Kos Town has plenty of archaeological sights, shops and good tavernas. Bar Street is the centre of any night out, but is well separated from the eating areas. I highly recommend staying in these apartments.

With the friendliest family running this hotel you will not be disappointed with the service. The rooms are always kept clean along with the pool and bar area. It is quite far away from Kos town centre but a taxi only cost a few euros and was well worth the money.
Overall this was the best holiday EVER!
